All payments made to CoFounderMatch for premium subscriptions are final. As our services provide immediate access to digital matchmaking tools, AI-powered recommendations, and networking features, refunds are generally not offered once a subscription is purchased.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where verified technical issues prevent access to paid features. Any such requests must be reviewed and approved by our support team at our sole discretion.
CoFounderMatch operates on a subscription-based model. Once your subscription is activated, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle, regardless of cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but no refund will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing period. Premium features will remain active until the subscription period expires.
CoFounderMatch also offers a free tier that allows users to explore basic matchmaking and networking features at no cost. Premium subscriptions unlock additional benefits such as enhanced visibility, priority matching, and advanced insights.
Use of the platform does not guarantee successful partnerships, co-founder matches, or business outcomes. Premium features are designed to enhance discovery and visibility, but results depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
